  TSP - McMinnville, purchased safe and Massimo side by side. Both were defective and had to wait months to get brand new equipment repaired. The staff and manager at this store are deplorable. They tried the "you were rude game". When in all a actually, it was TS employees. Never a return call on their own violation. Spent $7,295.00 on a new side by side and still waiting for return from Service Center in Laverne for return. It is horrific to be treated so poorly by arrogant and un-caring retailer.
