  Bought a mattress an box spring from them and to begin with my husband had to haul it, secondly after we got it home I soon realized it was very used and from a smoker, it smelled so bad and had a burn from a cigarette in it. I tried baking soda and vinegar, that didn't help so I tried bleach. My husband an I did everything we could think of to clean it even took a hose to it but the only thing we accomplished was wasting to much money only to having to use my old mattress all over again until I can buy a new one. ( The smoke smell really got to my 3 month old )

  They were all extremely rude. They weren't welcoming at all and when I walked into the door I immediately felt uncomfortable. The man who did my paper work was not nice at all and basically threatened to come to my house if he, "had to," if I did not make my payments.
